A Las Olas Favorite for 36 Years: Caffé Europa
Some restaurants become part of the neighborhood. For one Las Olas River House resident, Caffé Europa is one of those places.

Caffé Europa opened on Las Olas Boulevard in 1990. Owner Tony Cupelli brought his family’s recipes and the traditions of Calabria, Italy, to Fort Lauderdale. More than three decades later, the restaurant remains a familiar destination for Italian food, wine, and warm hospitality.
The menu features recipes passed down through generations, prepared with imported Italian pasta, cheeses, olive oil, and other carefully selected ingredients. Guests will find Italian favorites ranging from pizza and homemade pasta to seafood, chicken, veal, and traditional appetizers.
A Resident’s Experience
“I feel the atmosphere is authentic because the owners are from Italy. The food is always good, and they have a great wine selection. Even the house wines are delicious and affordable.”
Part of Caffé Europa’s appeal is the choice of settings. Guests may enjoy a meal in the dining room, settle into a seat at the bar, or dine outside along Las Olas Boulevard.

“The staff is top-notch wherever you sit. I sometimes go once a week, sit at the bar, and have a great time. We usually order another entrée to bring home so we have something to enjoy for the next few days.”
After 36 years on Las Olas, Caffé Europa continues to offer the comfort and familiarity residents value in a neighborhood restaurant. The food, wine, service, and easy walk from Las Olas River House keep this resident returning.
“They never disappoint, and they are close by.”
