Our purpose is to encourage resident participation, promote openness and accountability, and create a constructive forum focused on practical solutions.
This group is independent and is not affiliated with the Board of Directors, condominium association, or property management.
From Vision to Reality
LORH Unlocked was born from a simple yet powerful observation: true luxury is not just defined by the height of our ceilings or the finish of our marble, but by the strength of the community within. Founded by residents for residents, our hub started as a quiet initiative to bridge the gap between neighbors and foster a culture of transparency and shared experience in the heart of Las Olas River House. What began as a small vision for better connectivity has evolved into a premier digital sanctuary where every resident has a voice.
ABOUT THE COMMITTEE
STEPHEN PETTERUTI
CHAIR
Dr. Stephen Petteruti is a board-certified family physician with decades of experience leading teams, educating others, and helping people make informed decisions. As Chair, he sets committee priorities and meeting agendas, keeps the group focused on its goals, assigns projects, tracks progress, and serves as the committee’s primary spokesperson.
SUNNY NAYAR
VICE CHAIR
Sunny Nayar supports the Chair and helps coordinate the committee’s projects and resident participation. He oversees committee activities when the Chair is unavailable, welcomes new members, and works to ensure residents have meaningful opportunities to become involved.
BOBBI OCEAN
SECRETARY
Bobbi Ocean is a luxury real estate Broker-Associate with more than 20 years of experience and over $400 million in sales. As Secretary, she records committee decisions, maintains records, and tracks action items and deadlines.
JOE INSALACO
TREASURER
Joe Insalaco is a CPA and former Citigroup CFO with decades of financial leadership experience. He previously chaired the Las Olas River House Finance Committee for five years. As Treasurer, Joe reviews budgets, contracts, invoices, and project costs while preparing financial summaries for residents.
JENNIFER FRY-NASSIRI
Governance Officer
Jennifer Fry-Nassiri helps the committee understand the governing documents and Florida laws that affect the community. She tracks records requests and response deadlines, identifies governance and compliance concerns, and prepares questions for management and Board meetings.
SHANNON PETTERUTI & PEGAH NAYAR
Communications Directors
Shannon Petteruti and Pegah Nayar manage the committee’s website, social media, and resident communications. Shannon is a nurse practitioner, business owner, and educator with experience in healthcare leadership, operations, marketing, and community outreach. Together, they provide clear updates and encourage resident involvement.
